Our Social Worker will guide you and your family in adjusting emotionally and socially to family and community life. We will assist in contacting community agencies whose services facilitate the community re-entry process.
Support Groups
SRC provides support groups for people dealing with the physical and emotional challenges of MS, Parkinson’s Disease, Myofibromyalgia / Chronic Fatigue, and Stroke.
